At Sayantan Sarkar, every piece is thoughtfully created with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail. As our garments are primarily made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

Before Placing Your Order

We request that you carefully review the product description, size information, colour, measurements, and other relevant details before placing your order.

If you require assistance with sizing, fit, or product information, please contact our team before completing your purchase. We will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A product with a manufacturing defect
  • An item damaged during delivery

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may request photographs or videos of the product, packaging, tags, and shipping label to verify the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Made-to-Order & Customised Products

Made-to-order, customised, personalised, or specially altered garments are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Sale & Sample Sale Items

Products purchased during a Studio Sample Sale, clearance sale, special sale, or products specifically marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or alteration.

Order Cancellation

As production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
